I contacted Pina to take care of my two dogs for three days while I was abroad. One of my dogs is very big and strong, which always worries me when someone has to take care of him, but Pina was extremely professional, asked all the right questions, made sure she could meet the dog before, it is the first time I go abroad and I am not worried. She sent me constant updates of the dogs, she showed me all of the necessary documentation, it was very reassuring. Outside of the hours she takes care of my pup she kindly sends me videos and information she believes would be helpful and it is catering specifically for my dogs needs.
